Licensed Texas MEP Engineer - Mixed Use Renovation

Need MEP Engineer for an 8,000 sf mixed use remodel design. This is a small town and they don’t require an MEP stamp on this plan set, but I prefer a licensed MEP, and have other projects coming up. This project encompasses four apartments on the second floor, and an open “white box” commercial/retail space on the first floor.

Using the provided autocad drawings you will deliver 2D CAD drawings (and PDF’s), generate a scope of work, and design intention.

Mechanical:
Size equipment and duct design
1- Manual J Calculations
2- Overall ducted HVAC design for entire house
3- Ducting plans (to accommodate provided structural plans)
4- Size, spec, model, location and detail for HVAC Rooftop Units

Electrical:
1 – Review/revise our current electrical drawings (calculate a load schedule, single line diagram, lightings -normal and emergency)

Plumbing:
1 – Gas line calculation schedule.

My draftsman has worked up an MEP set that needs to be revised, but there is a starting place to work from.
