Licensed PE Needed for HVAC Project

I am looking for a licensed professional engineer (PE) specializing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to provide quotes for several ventilation system projects.
We are bidding on a series of similar projects for a US Government customer. The project scope for each of the projects is:
1. Review ductwork layout and general arrangement drawing for a dust collection/ventilation system.
2. Review system calculations (CFM, pressure, velocity)
3. Provide PE certification stamp to relevant engineering documents (duct layout, equipment GA drawing).
4. Each project is for one system - for example, a room with grind booths, or a series of fume hoods in a building. For each system we will complete a site survey, lay out the ductwork and specify equipment. We will then send to you (the PE) a GA drawing and duct system drawing, along with summary of calculations, for your review and approval.
YOU MUST BE A US-BASED LICENSED PE TO BE AWARDED THE JOB. Currently we are seeking quotes from experience candidates, and the jobs will be awarded on an hourly basis. As we are in the bidding phase, the project will likely not be awarded until mid-year.
