Licensed MEP Engineer Needed for ADA Bathroom Plumbing Stamp
Budget: $375 – $750 USD
We need a licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineer to provide a stamped plumbing drawing for a future ADA-compliant bathroom in a small commercial building.
This will include:
- Design for rough-in only for DWV systems (PVC material).
- Tie-in of the new 4” waste line to the nearest 4” or larger waste stack. Venting shall include AAV with an access panel for maintenance in the ceiling.
- Copper piping for domestic water with proper insulation using 1/2" fiberglass.
- Running a 3/4" cold water line capped with a ball valve for future use—insulated as described above.
- An under-sink instant hot water system for the single sink.
Requirements:
- Licensed MEP engineer with experience in commercial plumbing projects.
- Must be licensed to work in Colorado.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and local building codes.

Stamped construction drawings ready for use.
