Licensed Engineer Needed to Complete Propane Tank Installation Plans & Permit Approval

Project Description: We are seeking an experienced and licensed engineer to complete a propane tank installation project for a client's site in Houston, TX. The previous engineer did not complete the work, and we need assistance finalizing the project to meet the city’s requirements and obtain the necessary permits. We have initial drawings available, but they are incomplete or contain errors.
Project Scope:
Review and correct existing drawings for the propane tank installation.
Ensure that all city requirements from the Houston permitting center are addressed.
Sign off on the completed project as a licensed professional.
Feedback from Houston Permitting Center:
LPG Tank:
No propane tank plans were on file; these need to be provided.
Flood Plain:
Elevate or flood protect the proposed tank to at least 3' above the 500-year flood elevation. Add a corresponding note on all applicable sheets.
Create and provide a Mitigation Plan signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer. Mitigate for all fill between natural grade and the design flood elevation (500-year floodplain). Include existing and proposed grade details, cross sections for cut and fill, and detailed calculations. Mitigate any fill for piers, walls, raised platforms, utility pads, etc.
Electrical:
Clarify discrepancies: the site plan shows power coming from DB-1, while the one-line diagram shows power from MDB.
Submit FLA to motor Q1.
Provide a load analysis for MDB, showing the existing load and the new load.
Submit an updated panel schedule for MDB.
Provide a manufacturer spec sheet confirming that BYA Cable AWG 11 is permitted for a 40-amp breaker.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed professional engineer.
Experience with propane tank installations and city permitting processes is not required but would be helpful
Ability to make necessary corrections and sign off on the project.
Deliverables:
Corrected drawings with all required notes and details.
Signed and sealed mitigation plan.
Electrical load analysis, panel schedule, and necessary clarifications.
Completed project ready for resubmission to the Houston permitting center.
