MN Licensed Architect redesign of a 3000 square foot commercial space F2 occupancy rating
Budget: $10 – $3,000 USD
I am redoing the interior of a multi tenant commercial space. The space has a working sprinkler system. We are not planning to move any walls. the attached PDF has additional changes we plan to make the the space. I can get you access to the space in Little Falls MN or i can take pictures and provide measurements per your request. The local building inspector is asking for a certified Minnesota architect to do the following:
- reclassify the occupancy usage code (I think it will be a F2)
- classify the adjacent tenants occupancy code
- ensure or draft the needed changes to bring the space up to code for that code
- recommend wall changes for fire ratings according to code
- Draft the plans for these changes
- make ventilation recommendations per the code
