Legends and Detailing Drawings in Revit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
you will create legends and using the Annotate tab, you will replicate the detail given below, and detail the RCP's and one of the interior elevations.
Legends:
Door Legend:
Include top and front views of all the doors
Draw lines/add title to complete the legend
Include types and names of doors.
Window Legend:
Include top and front views of all the windows.
Draw lines/add title to complete the legend.
Include types and names of windows. Similar to the door example above.
Lighting Legend
Include top view of all fixtures in the project.
Draw lines/add title to complete the legend.
Include types and names of fixtures.
Detail:
Create a new Drafting View (View-Drafting view) and using Detail Lines and Text, detail it to look like the given detail below. You might need to hide some walls in the Wall Section view to make things a lot easier to read.
you will complete the RCP's by adding the rest of the lights as well as all the redlines (returns, exit signs, fans, power outlets, etc.) shown in these two PDF's: (I will provide). While adding 3D lights is probably the best choice, you can also consider drawing them using Detail Lines in case you're having a hard time finding the type of light/element that you're trying to insert.
For the interior elevation of the built-in cabinetry of the bedroom draw the following cabinets using Detail Lines.
The widths of each section of the cabinetry, as well as the distance from the door I will give.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately interpret and implement provided list of elements/details
- Experience with Construction Documentation projects
- Timely and efficient work delivery.
