Legacy-Focused 9 m² Stall Design

I need a fresh, contemporary concept for a 3 × 3 m booth we are taking to an upcoming food exhibition. Although we trade several food products B2B, the hero of the space must be our family’s long-standing black-salt heritage.

Here is what I’m after:

• The narrative: visitors should instantly understand that we have been refining black salt for generations. I’ll supply archival photographs and the key milestones of our timeline; you’ll weave those elements into the physical space so they read like a seamless story rather than a museum display.

• The look: sleek and contemporary lines with tasteful nods to tradition—think modern textures, balanced lighting and a restrained palette that lets the historic visuals do the talking.

• The flow: even in nine square metres we still need room for product sampling and quick-fire B2B chats, so circulation and storage matter.

Deliverables
– A detailed 3D visual (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
– Scaled floor plan with elevations and material specs (AutoCAD or PDF)
– Print-ready graphics that incorporate the photos and timeline (Adobe Illustrator)
– A short build guide so my fabrication team can bring it to life on time and on budget

Acceptance
The design must clearly feature the historical photos/timeline, maintain contemporary styling, fit within the 3 × 3 m footprint, and be practical for installation during a standard one-day exhibition setup window.
