Layout of an A frame house and MEP , plumbing and Insulation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with the layout of my small A frame house, as well as the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work and insulation.
house will be mounted on Screw piles not on Concrete
Size of the A frame house: Less than 1000 sq ft
Specific requirements for MEP, plumbing, and insulation: I have some ideas, but am open to suggestions from professionals.
Level of detail required for the layout: Detailed layout with 3D rendering.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in architectural design and layout- Canadian or North American homes
- Proficiency in MEP design and knowledge of plumbing and insulation requirements
- Ability to provide detailed layout plans along with 3D rendering
- Strong communication skills to understand my ideas and provide suggestions for improvement.
