Layout for drilling

attached file consists of holes to be drilled on my project, When you open the file you'll see bule and red circles. Blue circles are called while the red ones are called plugs. I need some one to number each hole in each page and put a table in each page showing how many walls are there and how many plugs are there. Each blue circle should be labeled as W1, W2. W3..... and red holes like P1, P2, P3..... . Each page has a callout box in which it shows the duct information.
