Laundromat Layout Design
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need a professional to design a laundromat layout. The primary goal is to maximize washing capacity. The design should incorporate washing machines, dryers, and folding stations, all in an open layout.
The operation would begin the first couple of years in the area designated OFFICE, and if successful, then expand into the CLASSROOM area as shown on the plan. The wall separating the OFFICE and the CLASSROOM can be removed when expending or anytime. Dryers would go across the rear wall as indicated in red ink. Ceiling height is 18’. Dryers are 30.25 inches wide and 40 “ deep, a mix of larger 40lb washers and 30lb washers are desired. 40lb washers are 35” wide and 38” deep and the Smaller 30lb washers are 30” wide and 30” deep. Allow for drains and supply lines. Good Luck!
