Large 6-7 home with SIP construction

I need a SIP construction home with 6 bedrooms each with a bathroom, a guest bathroom, office and meeting rooms, laundry room, kitchen living room open design. Have drawings but need to modify a little and get a Florida architect stamp as well as an engineer stamp. Since plans need little modifications looking for an appropriate price.

I need to remove 3 rooms and make the remaining rooms about 100 sqft bigger
