Large Roundhouse Hotel & Accommodation Design

We have a floor plan and sample of the extra large 12 bedrooms roundhouse that we need to redesign and re-adjust to the best standard there is. I have attached the traditional design that we are mimicking, as well as the CAD file of the actual project that we want to redesign.
