Landscape & Irrigation Plan for La Jolla Home

I'm seeking a detailed landscape planting and irrigation plan for a single-family home in La Jolla, CA, to submit to the City of San Diego. I have examples and a DWG site plan ready for you.

Requirements:
- Landscape Planting Plan: I'll provide species, location, size, and quantity of all plants.
- Irrigation Plan:
- Drip system layout
- Sprinkler system layout
- Water calculations and hydrozone

Final deliverables needed in both PDF and DWG formats.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Landscape architecture or design
