Landscape Design and scheme of planting for english heritage barn conversion to scale in PDF, PNG and CAD must be experienced

I am looking for an experienced landscape designer to create a landscape plan and scheme of planting for an English heritage barn conversion to submit for planning conditions. The design must be professional, clear and precise and will need to be to scale 1:50 and in colour. The area requiring landscaping is more than 1000 square feet, and I have a specific list of plants and design elements I want to include in the landscape surrounding the property all of whoch need to be cross referenced and coded. I have a list of pictures pre coded shpwing the items for the design. The completed project must be provided in all of the follwing files: PDF, PNG and CAD to scale. To fit my timeframe, I am looking for the landscape design and scheme of planting to be completed within the next few days.
