Lake House Drawing needed quick

I am in the midst of a house remodel and need a roof proposal within 2 days. An autocad drawing is NOT required, though it would be wonderful. A hand sketch close to scale of the house is fine. I have uploaded a previous autocad proposal that was drawn with an porch height of 8 ft. However, the porch was already remodeled to 10 feet high so I could not use the autocad proposal you see. It will show you where windows and doors will go. I've included pictures of the current roof remodel so far. I'm not really happy with it but don't want to reconfigure the entire roof. I just need gables and or dormers added to make it look better.
