Lafayette ADU

I need a drawing for estimates. This is an ADU and we're building it ourselves. Need to be able to show plans to sub contractors and building supply people for estimates. Wall height should start at 8feet on the 28 foot wall and work up. Start at 9 feet on the 16 foot wall. Want clearstory windows on the section of roof where the two roofs come together. Don't know if we will get that if the 16 foot wall starts at 9 feet. We can always have the 28 foot wall start higher. For the window on the 18' wall we want the largest we can put in there using standard window dimensions. Same for the 2 sliding glass doors and the smaller window. We want a skylight centered in the bathroom but didn't know how to put draw that in and have you know what it is. Exterior is going to be wood shingles and the bottom 3.5 feet will be metal or rock. Roof will be comp shingles.
