I require a full architectural design service for a 60-floor hotel aiming for a LEED Silver certification. The project will need to heavily prioritize energy efficiency and water conservation, as these are key components of the LEED certification process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full building design: This includes conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
- Utilization of existing plans: I have some architectural blueprints available, but they are not detailed. You will need to expand upon these and create comprehensive plans.
- Environmental focus: The design must integrate specific features aimed at maximizing energy efficiency and promoting water conservation.
