Kona Contractors - roof cover

We are a contractor company in need of a new engineer. Someone who is familiar with outdoor living spaces and can engineer a deck or a roof cover. We do use steel on much of our decks. Being aware of outdoor requirements as well as Colorados requirements is key. Also this is residential so I am not looking to spend thousands on each project but rather a 300-600 depending on the job for 50+ jobs a year.
