Kitchen Renovation and Concrete Wall
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled engineerto help with a kitchen reconfiguration and the addition of both an interior and exterior concrete wall in my home located in Florida.
Key Components:
- Add an exterior concrete block wall. With stucco outside. To replace existing garage door.
- add an interior wood wall to create an extra bed room
- Reorganize my kitchen layout.
- All new walls should include thermal insulation to enhance energy efficiency and comfort.
- The interior wall should be finished with drywall and paint.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive kowledge working with concrete and drywall, as well as a background in kitchen renovations. Skills in insulation installation and interior wall finishing are also highly valued.
Al will need to have digitally signed copy of plans to submit for permits.
