Kitchen Designer

My project is to design a kitchen style with a budget of less than $1000. I prefer modern styling, and have no specific appliances or features in mind - open to suggestions. I'm looking for an experienced kitchen designer to create a great look and feel to my kitchen, all within my budget constraints. I'm looking for someone who can help me with ideas to work around my budget while still creating a modern and attractive kitchen. The designer must be able to provide images and drawings of their plans to ensure that I am happy with the design before starting the project. Once the design is approved, the designer must be experienced enough to complete the project within the agreed budget.
