Kerala Style Residential 2D Plan - 5 Bedrooms with MEP & Fit-out Details
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for 2D AutoCAD/Pdf Drawings for single story residential building which shows architectural & MEP details, considering Vastu
The plot is in rural area surrounding greenery. The plan should be made by considering enough light & ventilation. The space should be well optimised and planned for low budget.
Reduce the total area as much as can in order to reduce the cost considering comfort living.
Required the following.
1. 5 Bedroom (1 master bedroom with attached bath+1 for Parents+ 2 for couples + 1 for guest)
- Washroom can provided as per plan (attached/common)
2. Kitchen with table top breakfast/island
3. Dining Hall with wash basin
4. Seat out at Entrance for Men and from Kitchen Side for Women
5. Hall/living Room
6. Car Park
Roof:
Space for Solar panel & water tank
Space for drying clothes/seating area.
Roof access provided inside the house
The above are my requirement list. As am not an expert, your advise is always welcome and can be disused
