Japandi Conversion of Commercial Building to Flats

I'm seeking a skilled architectural designer proficient in Revit to assist with the renovation of a commercial building into residential flats. The project involves one of the flats, starting from the whole layout of the space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce layouts and drawings in Revit based on scanned drawings of the existing building
- Set up the project
- Collaborate with me on the layout until it is approved by the customer
- Deliver working drawings for the bathroom, kitchen, electrical, etc.

Design Style: The design needs to embody a Japandi aesthetic, combining Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian functionality.

Structural Elements: The renovation should incorporate existing structural elements from the scanned drawings.
