Irrigation Design with Material take-off

I am looking for a freelancer who can design an irrigation system for my small landscape area using drip irrigation. The ideal candidate should have experience in irrigation design and be able to provide a detailed material take-off for the project. The main purpose of the irrigation system is to water my landscape area. The freelancer should be able to recommend the best materials for the project and provide an estimate of the cost of the materials. The project should be completed within a reasonable time frame and within budget.
