Iowa licensed PE (residential structural) needed to analyze new home plans

Residential Structural Engineer licensed in Iowa needed to analyze plans for a new home construction project. I need analysis of the structure and components and recommendations where the structure does not meet code or will not handle the imposed loads with appropriate safety factors. Documentation of the analysis is needed for the building inspector, as well as detail drawings for connections that have special requirements. Due to the size of the home, Iowa PE License must be provided and verified bv the local building inspector. Plans of the structure can be provided in Chief Architect format or exported out as AutoCad files for each floor. Rendered images of the structure included in the listing.

All communication and payments will occur via freelancer - There is no "stepping" outside of the platform.
