Interior Designer with CAD and 3D Sketchup need
Budget: $200 – $400 USD
Good afternoon, I hope you are fine. I am a project manager. I have an apartment that needs to be refurbished. The apartment is 100 sqm of net internal area (excluding the exterior areas) and I am attaching the existing plan for your consideration (in pdf and dwg).
For the refurbishment, my wife and I have a clear idea of the new space planning and the style we would like to give to our apartment. For this reason, I would need to run a project via the following steps:
- Step 1: Create a proposal space planning of the apartment based on our instructions and sketches (the outcome of this would be a plan in dwg that needs to be sent to me). This step would consist of 2 options for the first pass and then 2 revisions for the chosen option.
- Step 2: Based on the agreed layout made after the end of step 1, create a proposal 3D in SketchUp based on our instructions and mood board. We will provide an ideal mood board with some images based on our taste for each area. (the outcome of this would be a SketchUp 3D file that needs to be sent to me and we don’t need any render)
I am looking for an interior designer / 3D for the above. If you think that you can do the above steps or you think that you can do some of the steps, I would need a quotation for each step and the delivery time of each step (Please don’t price all together but create a fee proposal for each step !!! ). As mentioned above, the material that you will receive from us is:
- Existing plans of the apartment in dwg format (walls, doors, H, reflected ceiling plans, electrical, etc..) for all the steps
- Indication of space planning and sketches for Step 1
- Mood board with images and ideas for each room/area for step 2
Please quote "100%" when you answer me. The proposal without this quote will not be considered.
