Interior Designer for Diverse Spaces
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking to partner with an experienced interior designer / interior architect who can take projects from the first spark of an idea all the way through to construction-ready documentation. My workload covers both residential and commercial spaces, so you’ll move fluidly between warm, livable homes and polished, brand-forward business environments.
Current pipeline
• Homes: living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms that need fresh concepts and impeccable detailing.
• Commercial: offices, collaborative workspaces, retail floors, and showroom areas where spatial flow, merchandising logic, and brand personality all matter.
What I’ll hand over
– Floor plans, basic client requirements, and reference imagery.
– Clear timelines and feedback at every stage.
What I count on you to deliver
1. Concept moodboards that capture look & feel, colour palette, and material direction.
2. 3D SketchUp visuals or equivalent renders to help clients sign off confidently.
3. Detailed AutoCAD working drawings: furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, joinery details, and any bespoke furniture pieces.
4. Well-researched material, finish, and hardware recommendations that balance aesthetics, durability, and local availability.
5. A concise specs sheet that onsite contractors can follow without ambiguity.
Preferred toolkit
AutoCAD for technical drawings, SketchUp (with V-Ray or Enscape if you have them) for visuals, plus any graphic software you like for moodboards and presentations.
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must be layered, dimensioned, and printable at A1 without scaling issues.
• Renders should clearly show proposed materials, lighting temperature, and furniture proportions.
• All materials listed must include supplier codes or equivalent references.
