Interior Design & Home Staging Concept for Apartment Renovation in Budapest
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m looking for an interior designer or architect to help with the redesign and staging concept of a small panel apartment in Budapest, Hungary.
Currently, there is a basic floor plan available, and the goal is to renovate the apartment for resale or rental purposes. Your task would include:
Suggesting a new layout or modifications to the existing one (if feasible)
Designing a concept for interior mood/style (including colors, materials, etc.)
Planning electrical layout (lighting and outlet placements)
Proposing furnishing ideas and layout
Recommending actual furniture and decor items from local or accessible stores (preferably IKEA, JYSK, or similar)
Creating a home staging concept: how to present the apartment in a way that is attractive and marketable
Deliverables may include:
Updated floor plan or layout suggestions
Mood board / design board
Furniture layout plan
Shopping list with links to suggested items (from IKEA, JYSK, etc.)
Basic lighting and electrical plan
Target outcome:
The apartment should feel modern, cozy, and appealing to potential buyers or renters — ideally with a cost-effective approach.
Additional Info:
The apartment is located in Budapest, so familiarity with local trends and furniture availability is a big plus.
Looking forward to your ideas and proposals!
