Interior Alteration Plans Drawing

I have the attached existing drawings of a townhome. Only the first floor is relevant to this project.
The townhome is currently in the configuration on the left with a family room and unfinished storage.
I need scale drawing of the 1st floor showing the addition of the wall to make a bedroom, bedroom closet and adding the plumbing fixtures to unfinished storage to convert to a bathroom. Also to incorporate the electrical drawings attached. Plans are to be drawn to scale, labeled and dimensioned:

All Rooms should be labeled indicating the room’s use. Existing areas should show location and use.

Show location of existing doors and windows.

Show means of egress.
Dimensions of the rooms and hallways need to be shown on plans.
Show stair location with down arrow.
If applicable show accessible storage area under stairs with door.
Mechanical area needs to be shown with type of mechanical system.
Show location of any smoke detectors. Also provide power source for smoke detectors.
Call out the type of building materials to be used on wall, ceiling and floors
(Walls will be sheetrock, tile floor in bathroom, engineered hard wood floors in Foyer, carpet in new bedroom)
Indicate insulation R-Value of walls and ceiling.
