Integrated Renewable Energy Master Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a conceptual site master plan for a renewable infrastructure project combining a data centre and tanks, approved solar farm, and relocated vineyard. This initial layout is indicative only, with potential for follow-on detailed and 3D work.
Key requirements:
Overall master plan to scale (561.8 m x 580.4 m site)
Integration of:
4.95 MW approved solar farm (existing layout retained)
100 × 50 x 12 m data centre in the form of a shed (plus 2 future expansion pads)
10 underground TES tanks (200 kL each)
Loading dock and truck turning circle
Relocated 20,000 m² vineyard and mustering area
Inclusion of:
10 m Council tree planting zones (south, east, west)
Sealed internal roads and fire access
Ideal skills and experience:
Site planning or landscape architecture
Experience with infrastructure or energy precincts
CAD or GIS proficiency (AutoCAD, Civil3D, or similar)
Ability to work from a written brief and approved site plan
