Integrate Layout Plan & Add Wall

I need an experienced CAD professional to integrate our interior layout plan into the surveyor's CAD site plan. This involves adding a 20 cm thick reinforced concrete wall across the full width of the building, which will separate the reception area from the office zone. This task will require careful alignment with the existing structural columns, which are positioned 4.50 meters from the front façade.
