I need a licensed electrical engineer to create a complete lighting-power solution for several institutional environments—hospitals, research labs, university buildings, and K-12 schools. The scope covers two main tasks:

• Load analysis: compile accurate demand and diversity factors for existing and proposed lighting loads, size feeders and protective devices, and document calculations clearly.
• System design: produce single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and lighting control layouts that meet NEC, local code, and the specific illumination standards each facility type requires (e.g., IES, healthcare compliance).

Drawings must be delivered in AutoCAD (DWG) with an accompanying calculation report in PDF. Coordination notes for architects and MEP trades should be embedded in the drawing set.

Acceptance criteria
1. Load summary aligns with NEC Article 220 methodology.
2. Voltage drop does not exceed 3 % branch / 5 % feeder.
3. All luminaires and controls are catalogued with spec sheets and energy code references.
