Infrastructure Land Survey Riyadh
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m gearing up for a large-scale infrastructure build in Riyadh and accurate land data is the first critical step. The assignment is strictly land surveying, geared toward construction planning—no building or geodetic work is needed.
Scope
The site must be mapped with enough precision to guide civil engineers and contractors through every phase of development. I’ll rely on your field measurements to position utilities, roads, and structural footing accurately, so control points, benchmarks, and clear boundary confirmation are essential.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive topographic and boundary survey in DWG (AutoCAD Civil 3D-ready)
• Coordinate list tied to local datum plus GPS raw data
• PDF plot showing contours, spot levels, and control points
• Brief technical report outlining methodology, instruments used (total station, RTK GPS, drones if applicable), and accuracy achieved
Acceptance Criteria
• Horizontal and vertical accuracy meets Saudi engineering standards for infrastructure works
• All control points clearly staked and referenced on the drawing
• Files load seamlessly into Civil 3D without layer or scale issues
Timeline
Field work should be completed within one week of award, with processed drawings delivered five days later.
Let me know your availability to mobilise in Riyadh, the instruments you plan to deploy, and any questions you need answered before starting.
