Industrial-Style ADU Design

I'm looking for a designer to create an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) with an industrial aesthetic for construction in Belgrade MT. A rough floor plan is already made; however, I am open to suggestions and refinements.

Key requirements:
- 3 bedrooms
- Open floor plan
- Industrial design elements

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in designing industrial-style interiors/exteriors
- Ability to work with existing floor plans
- Strong understanding of space optimization for ADUs
-Material BOM required, along with framing detail.
