Industrial Structural Builders Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My industrial facility is already in the construction phase and I now need the structural portion completed to specification. The core focus is framing, load-bearing elements, and any associated bracing or reinforcement – no electrical, plumbing, or finishings are in scope at this stage.
You will be working alongside my site supervisor and design engineer, interpreting the issued construction drawings and making sure every beam, column, footing and connection meets local building codes as well as the engineer’s calculations. Structural steel erection experience is important; reinforced-concrete knowledge is a plus because some foundations and slabs are still to be poured.
Deliverables
• Fully installed structural framework signed off by the engineer of record
• Updated as-built drawings reflecting any field changes
• Material test certificates (steel mill sheets, concrete break test results)
• Daily progress logs until structural work is complete
