Industrial Hydraulic System Design Needed

Job ID: 40570450

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need a complete design package for an industrial-grade hydraulic system. The core of the system must centre on hydraulic cylinders, and I’m relying on you to size, specify, and lay them out so they deliver smooth, reliable force under continuous duty.

Scope
• Start with duty-cycle calculations, pressure/flow requirements, and cylinder sizing.
• Produce detailed 2D/3D schematics (STEP or DWG preferred) plus a clear hydraulic circuit diagram.
• Select compatible valves, hoses, manifolds and, where appropriate, recommend pumps or motors that will work seamlessly with the cylinder-focused architecture. While cylinders are mandatory, I’m open to your expert suggestions on the rest of the loop.

Deliverables
1. Complete hydraulic circuit drawing with labelled ports and flow paths.
2. Component datasheets and a bill of materials.
3. Performance calculations (pressure drops, velocities, safety factors).
4. Final files in native CAD (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and PDF for review.

Acceptance Criteria
• Cylinders meet the required force and stroke with at least 25 % safety margin.
• All components conform to ISO/CE safety standards.
• Documentation is clear enough for a fabrication shop to build without further clarification.

I plan to review an initial draft, provide feedback once, and then sign off on the final revision, so please include one revision cycle in your timeline. If you regularly work with tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or FluidSIM and can simulate system behaviour before hand-off, you’re the partner I’m after.
