Industrial Digital Signal PCB Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a compact, reliable PCB that will sit at the heart of an industrial-grade system and exclusively handle digital signal processing. The board should be engineered for the harsher electrical noise and temperature ranges typical on a factory floor, yet still remain cost-efficient to assemble at scale.
-----------------------------------------
Required:-
Required a freelancer for a project of manufacturing a PCB. The requested job is to produce Gerber files from schematic drawing (KiCad), Bill of materials, and AutoCAD drawing of main components layout
--------------------------------
Key goals
• Clean, low-jitter routing for high-speed digital lines
• Component choices that tolerate industrial voltage spikes and vibration
• Footprints, clearances, and stack-up ready for automated assembly (SMT) and easy test-point access
Deliverables
1. Layer-stack PCB layout ready for fabrication, plus Gerber/ODB++, drill, and pick-and-place files
2. Brief design note highlighting signal-integrity calculations and any EMC mitigation applied
My priority is the signal-processing path; however, if you see a need to fold in basic .send comms headers to keep the board self-contained, please flag it in your proposal. A short note on your experience designing digital boards for industrial environments will help me choose quickly.
