Illinois PE-Stamped, Water Flow Diagram and Drainage Plan
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Approximately one quarter acre (1/4)
The plans must be stamped by a Licensed and Registered Civil Engineer for the State of Illinois.
There are 3 parts.
-1. Draw in CAD a plat of survey according to Illinois regulations
- I will stamp this once it meets requirements, you only need to draft
2. Draw in CAD the water flow diagram for the entire property as is from the provided files and notes.
- This will need to be stamped by Illinois Civil Professional Engineer, you will stamp.
3. Design in CAD a site drainage plan. Using the csv and proposed site plan and other input we will coordinate with you details of the drawing. You will stamp Illinois Civil Professional Engineer.
The drawings must satisfy the Federal and State Storm Water Regulations, 2021 IBC code and the local storm-water ordinance so the municipality will accept the drawing and file to permanent records.
I will supply the csv file showing the boundaries, proposed boundaries, topography and land marks.
Your role is to review the material, populate and draw a plat of the survey (we will review and stamp) draft a water flow diagram using the complete Federal, State and Local requirements for Bloomington IL and then draft a drainage plan that you will stamp and have ready for submission.
Deliverables:
Follow Fed, State Local Municipal Specifications
• Plat of survey (11x17) 1”-20’ scale- I will stamp PLS
• Signed Illinois Civil PE-stamped PDF
• digital file with any revisions clearly marked
• Brief memo summarizing work completed and confirming compliance with all regulations listed clearly.

The milestones will be structured to drive completion. There could be a time bonus if quick and accurate work is performed.
PAY
Milestone 1 - After Plat is complete, water flow diagram is complete and drainage draft is presented.
Milestone 2 - After drainage plan revisions have been made with multiple cycles and we approve this for you to stamp IL Civil PE.
Milestone 3- All plans and drawings, including formatting Approved by AHJ and virus/malware free digital files are turned over.
