Hydraulics design engineering (plumbing)

I am looking for a hydraulics design engineer to assist me with the piping system design for a small-scale project, specifically a single home. I have detailed plans for the project, so the ideal candidate should be able to work with existing architectural plans. The main focus of the job will be on designing an efficient and plumbing system for the home, ensuring proper water supply and drainage as per the scope of work items below.

1. Scope of Project

1.1.1. 2D Design & documentation of the following Services:
1.1.1.1. Design & Document the:
• Hot & Cold Water Service.
• Storm water service to AS3500 and local
authorities requirements.
• Natural gas supply and distribution services.
• Mechanical plant condensate waste.
• Sanitary Drainage System to AS3500 and local
authorities requirements.
1.1.1.2. Assist Architect with sizing of gutters and downpipes
1.1.1.3. Electronic issue of drawings for BP/Tender/Construction
phases.

Deliverables
1. Schematic Design using PDF Markup (Bluebeam or similar)
2. Contract Documentation to Building Permit/Tender (PDF and AUTOCAD copies of design drawings)
