Hvac design for two small buildings

To perform heat gain and loss calculations as per ASHRAE. The building will be equipped split AC unit type . We got two buildings one is 6x4 (1 room) and the other is 8.5 x 8.5 ( 4 rooms )

I need a calculation report ( excel) and Hap software report that verifies the same .
