Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Require house plans for heavy snow area in Japan. View to South of ski hill and mountains to be taken advantage of. Northern side of house will receive little sunlight. Snow sloughing should be directed to north side
2 stories preference to take advantage of the mountain views.
Master bedroom with ensuite (dual sinks) + large walk in wardrobe including area for makeup table and plenty of shoe storage.
2 additional bedrooms + study (to take advantage of mountain view)
Guest/bedroom bathroom.(to take advantage of mountain view with big window + bathtub
Open plan living, dining, kitchen area, opening to outdoor area/deck. Timber beams as a structural and focal piece of the living area.
Laundry room - spacious
Drying room for ski gear at entrance
Kitchen with plenty of counter space + large scullery/walk in pantry
boiler room for heating system
Walk in linen/cleaning supply closet
Optional add on 3 car garage with entrance to the house;
Japanese cedar siding for first floor and steel siding for second floor.
Main entrance to the house should be covered for heavy snow fall days with an Annex or other design.
