I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to create a two-story house layout for my project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential design and be able to bring my vision to life.
Specific features and rooms that I have in mind include:
- Open concept living and dining area
- Spacious kitchen with a center island
- Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom
- Two additional bedrooms
- Home office or study area
- Outdoor parking area
The total square footage for the house layout is approximately 2152 sq ft. I am open to discussing possibilities and suggestions, but I do have specific features in mind.
Skills and experience required for this project:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
