House drafting

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can assist me with architectural drafting for my medium-sized house project. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want. It is important that the freelancer has experience in architectural drafting and is able to bring my vision to life. The ideal freelancer will have the following skills and experience:

- Proficient in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Experience in creating 3D models and renderings
- Strong communication skills to understand and interpret my rough design idea
