Hi,
I am looking Structural or Construction Drawings Set and 3D Elevation outside for 30x40 East Facing plot. Floor plans are ready for 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor, PFA for your references.
Based on the attached floor plan my requirements are below:
1) Ground Floor/ Basement 1 BHK & Big parking required. Budget for Phase1/Milestone1 = 1000/-INR.
2) Structural plans required for all the floors detailed construction drawings set. Budget for phase2/milestone2 = 1000/- INR per subsection a to l.
a) Floor Plan.
b) Brick work floor plan.
c) Doors and Windows Schedule.
d) Elevation Floor Plan.
e) Electrical Floor Plan.
f) Plumbing Floor Plan.
g) Grid Line Plan & Footing Layout.
h) Plinth Beam Layout.
i) Reinforcement detail of columns, footings & plinth beams.
j) typical sectional reinforcement detail.
k) Beam Layout Floor Plan.
l) slab layout floor plan.
3) 3D Elevation (external only). Budget for phase3/milestone3 = 3K INR.
Satisfactory bonus if the project delivered with multiple revisions until satisfaction 3 to 5K INR.
