House Plan with diamensions

I am looking for a freelancer to recreate a 2D plan of my existing house (ground floor and first floor) with accurate measurements. The design should be precise enough that dimensions of each room can be used to accurately construct the plan in real life. I need the plan to be scaled, so that it can be used for future modifications. Therefore, I need help from someone who is experienced in architectural dimensioning and has the knowledge required to provide an exact plan. Please apply if you think you can help me with this project! The delivery of the project should be the raw format of the design which can be modified in future.
