House Plan Update for Small Home
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an existing house plan updated for a 1200 sq ft small home.
Requirements:
- Change French door to single door at the Flex Space entrance.
- Move utility sink to a new location.
- Flip the layout of the bathroom and kitchen. The entrance to the bedroom should be on the left (West), and the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry should be on the right (East).
- Move door/porch as needed to accommodate layout changes.
- Incorporate city comments (marked in red).
- Update drawing on plot plan to reflect the updates.
