House Layout Plan Required in 2D

Hi,

I need a 2D Cad layout plan with a furniture layout for my house. I have attached a Cad file with my requirements.
Please note cad file only mentions the requirements and you need to develop a unique and different layout plan and not copy the cad file.

Ground Floor will have:
Guest Room with Bathroom
Doors and Window Locations
Kitchen
Wash area with washing machine, sink and clothes drying area.
Dining area
Out area with landscaping done and shown
Covered Car Park
Stairs need to be planned in such a way that we save space and it should not hinder people movement
Landscaping Big Area
Big Size Swing

First Floor Will Have:
Big size Master Bedroom with Big Size Walk in-Wardrobe and Bathroom with shower area
Master Bedroom to have a open area big sitout.
Open Area through which we can view the ground floor living room
Kids Room with bathroom and study
Sitout in front area of the house

Terrace:
Terrace will have Gym room with sloped roof and big size jacuzzi room.
