House Layout Drawing Plan

I'm seeking an experienced draftsman to create a 1:1 precise drawing plan for an extensive interior design layout. Yes, the file attached is a pdf of the drawing but we still need the dwg file associated.

We only need pages 4 and 5 done

Main tasks:
- Develop general floor plan for a commercial space
- Primarily focusing on the Interior design layout

Ideal Responsibilities and Skills:
- Highly skilful in drafting detailed architectural drawings
- Proficient in using related software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- An eye for design and accuracy, with a keen understanding of spatial planning

This project requires expertise in the creation of a clear, comprehensive plan. Experience in floor design planning would be beneficial.
