House Extension

I have hand drawn plans that need to be put into CAD for council approval. Drawings required include floor plan, roof plan, 4 elevations, 9 cross-section and possibly shadow diagrams (9am, midday, 3pm). I am hoping the shadow diagrams will not be required but this will not be known until I submit plans (so this element can be priced as an option). needed asap. For lodgement in Lismore City Council Area (NSW, Australia). Plans need to b efully dimensioned and provided in CAD and PDF format (1:100 scale at A3 size). Rough drawings attached for reference. I am a builder can can provide measurements/dimensions as needed.
