House Design Requirements- 20x65

I'm looking for a house designer to create a 20 by 65-foot home for residential use with a modern architectural style and outdoor space as a must-have feature. My preference is to have an open floor plan and energy-efficient features, but these are not required. I am looking for custom designs that reflect a modern aesthetic while still being cost-effective. I have worked with architects before, and am familiar with the process of house design. As part of this project, I expect my Freelancer designer to provide sketches, CAD drawings, and blueprints of their design.
