House Design and Material Schedule 13,000 sqft

I am looking for a house design and material schedule for a 13,000 square foot residence. The design needs to be of the residential variety, with a focus on contemporary modern architecture. I am looking to build with stone materials(concrete blocks and wooden trusses for the roof, metal may also be used). I need a skilled professional to create a detailed design for the residence and help me to determine the best type of stone materials to use in the project. The successful freelancer should also be able to provide me with an itemized list of any necessary materials and supplies. Please submit bids if you have the experience to create such a project. I will need to place to have the following additional rooms which may not be listed, a Television Room, an extra Bedroom, a study room, a laundry room, a storage room with approximate size as the bedrooms. The structure is about 40m x 30m and can be more as the idea is to have the rooms as large as possible.
